I am a visiting theory researcher at the Alignment Research Center, where I am working on algorithms for learning explanations of surprising behaviours in neural networks and trying to understand potential barriers to the tractability of producing such explanations.
Most recently, I graduated from Columbia University where I studied computer science and applied mathematics, and was immensely fortunate to be advised by Josh Alman, Cynthia Rush, and Rocco Servedio as an undergraduate.
